Director Sarah Crayford Brown qualified as a barrister in 1988 and was part of the senior management team at the Crown Prosecution Service. She trained as an in-house mediator in 2007 and her passion for using mediation to solve conflict led to her setting up Mediation In The Workplace Ltd.
What is mediation?
Mediation is a confidential, voluntary and informal way of solving disputes. An independent mediator helps those involved to look at all aspects of a disagreement and agree a joint resolution and a way forward.
