Our learning plans
There are three learning plans to choose from at Busec Nova; Essential, Professional or Immersive; each offering a distinct, alternative route to follow, to achieve your qualification. If you would like to explore your options and find out which plan is most likely to suit your needs, you are welcome to book yourself in for a no-obligation conversation with one of our consultants by getting in touch.
Essential
Online On Demand
The Essential Plan lets you study entirely online. As an EP student, you will be invited to determine your own pace of study and you are not obliged to engage in live sessions unless you would like to.
Professional
Online Live
The Professional Plan is for individuals looking to study in a way that comes as close to a college experience as possible. If you’re looking to work in a group of other like minded students with online tutor led-workshops, this is the plan for you. The Professional Plan follows a timetabled approach, showing you exactly what and when you will be studying, always supported by our dedicated Student Care Team.
Immersive
One to One
The Immersive Plan is for individuals looking for a one-to-one learning experience that is completely unique to you and your learning style. Delivered by a private tutor, you will receive coaching, guidance and 1-1 support throughout the duration of your studies.

Payment Options
Interest-free instalment plans: You may like to pay by instalment to spread the cost of your programme of study. Our colleagues are on hand to explain how it works, so feel free to give us a ring to find out more on 01730 710055.
Advance payment discount: If you are in the position to pay in advance, you’ll be able to achieve a 5% reduction in your fees.
Add-on prices
Essential Plan students can attend workshops concentrating on the unit subjects which are run for the Professional Plan or if they prefer can book 1-1 session with a tutor (costs below).
Professional Plan students can also arrange a separate 1-1 sessions with a tutor (costs below).
Immersive Plan students can, attend workshops concentrating on the unit subjects held for the Professional Plan at no additional costs (subject to numbers).

ILM Qualifications and Mentoring
ILM coaching and mentoring qualifications help people in team leadership roles develop the skills they need to coach or mentor the people they manage. Regarded as a standard of excellence in coaching and mentoring qualifications in UK , these are the only C&M qualifications that combine practical application with the rigour of regulated academic study.

ELCAS training provider
We are an approved learning provider for the MoD (Ministry of Defense) & ELCAS (enhanced learning credit provider list). If you are in the Armed Forces or have recently left, we can help you use your ELCAS funding to study for your career in HR or L&D.
ELCAS students are eligible for all 3 Levels of CIPD qualifications on all plans and have the chance to receive support from our ex-MOD tutors and coaches with the experience to support a transition into civilian people care roles and working life.
Apprenticeship levy funding
At Busec Nova we work with government approved providers to help you achieve a CIPD Qualification using your apprenticeship levy fund.
An HR Apprenticeship includes a CIPD Associate Diploma and is a great way for you to boost your career. Starting an apprenticeship can benefit you both personally and professionally regardless of where you are at currently with your career or your studies.
HR Apprenticeships at Level 3, 5 and 7 can be accessed by employers & employees through the levy fund, even if your organisation does not pay into it.
