Our learning plans
There are three learning plans to choose from at Busec Nova; Essential, Professional or Immersive; each offering a distinct, alternative route to follow, to achieve your qualification. Essential
Online On Demand
The Essential Plan allows you to study entirely online, giving you the freedom to choose your own pace and structure. As an EP student, you have full control over how you progress, with the flexibility to fit learning around your schedule. Live sessions are optional, so you can decide whether to join interactive discussions or focus solely on independent study.
Professional
Online Live
The Professional Plan is designed for learners who want a structured study experience similar to college. With this option, you will follow a clear timetable that sets out exactly what and when you will be studying. Learning takes place in groups with tutor-led workshops, encouraging collaboration with like-minded peers. You’ll also be supported throughout by our dedicated Student Care Team.
Immersive
One to One
The Immersive Plan offers a fully personalised one-to-one learning journey tailored to your style and goals. Guided by a private tutor, you’ll benefit from individual coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support at every stage of your studies. This plan ensures direct feedback, flexibility, and a completely unique experience built entirely around you and your development.

Add-on prices
Essential Plan students can attend workshops concentrating on the unit subjects which are run for the Professional Plan or if they prefer can book 1-1 session with a tutor (costs below).
Professional Plan students can also arrange a separate 1-1 sessions with a tutor (costs below).
Immersive Plan students can, attend workshops concentrating on the unit subjects held for the Professional Plan at no additional costs (subject to numbers).

Payment Options

Advance payment discount: If you are in the position to pay in advance, you’ll be able to achieve a 5% reduction in your fees.

ILM Qualifications and Mentoring
ILM coaching and mentoring qualifications help people in team leadership roles develop the skills they need to coach or mentor the people they manage. Regarded as a standard of excellence in coaching and mentoring qualifications in UK , these are the only C&M qualifications that combine practical application with the rigour of regulated academic study.

ELCAS training provider
We are an approved learning provider for the MoD (Ministry of Defense) & ELCAS (enhanced learning credit provider list). If you are in the Armed Forces or have recently left, we can help you use your ELCAS funding to study for your career in HR or L&D.
ELCAS students are eligible for all 3 Levels of CIPD qualifications on all plans and have the chance to receive support from our ex-MOD tutors and coaches with the experience to support a transition into civilian people care roles and working life.
Apprenticeship levy funding
At Busec Nova we work with government approved providers to help you achieve a CIPD Qualification using your apprenticeship levy fund.
An HR Apprenticeship includes a CIPD Associate Diploma and is a great way for you to boost your career. Starting an apprenticeship can benefit you both personally and professionally regardless of where you are at currently with your career or your studies.
HR Apprenticeships at Level 3, 5 and 7 can be accessed by employers & employees through the levy fund, even if your organisation does not pay into it.
