Amy McTaggart

I have worked in training, learning and development since 2007. Prior to that, I had a variety of
management and senior management roles. I feel I have had a wide working experience within
different sectors which has supported me to understand people, their working pressures and find out
the best course of action for learning and development.

In my working life, building lasting relationships with colleagues is my greatest satisfaction.. I still
hear from people that I worked with when I was 15! I love ticking off a to do list and am passionate
about helping people and in general doing a good job. I like to work and be busy.

When not working, I enjoy being with the family, snuggling with my little dog and eating out,
socialising.
