Claire Johnson

A big part of the Associate Centre Manager role is about quality assurance and improvement, ensuring we meet Awarding Organisation and centre requirements. Our students are at the heart of everything we do and I work closely with our core team to ensure we continue to provide the best service and delivery for all of our learners.

I play the piano and the trombone and was even previously in a girl band.

I love the variety of my role. Every day is different. I work with a great team and get to speak to lots of our students using their feedback to make improvements to our service and delivery. It is so rewarding when you make a difference to someone’s career and development.
