Helen Jakeways

The focus of the Course Leader role is to ensure our Immersive Plan students and coaches have a fulfilling and enjoyable time studying and working with us. I collaborate with our Programme Managers to recruit, train and support our team of coaches, manages student/coach allocations and inductions with our Professional Services team and maintain an overview of the Immersive Plan student experience, resolving issues as and when they arise. I also support our Marketing team to ensure our sales and marketing information is accurate and reflective of our Immersive Plan offer.

When not working, I am an active volunteer in my local community and spend the rest of my time walking my dog and enjoying the garden and the surrounding green spaces.
