Steve Morgan

As the Programme Manager for the Foundation and Associate Learning Programmes I am dedicated to ensuring that every learner’s journey is enjoyable and is delivered with the utmost professionalism, attention to detail and with a personable, supportive approach. In providing this unique experience for our learners I am supported by a team of subject matter experts who again are focused on delivering an unenviable learning journey. I maintain my currency and competency via my CPD plan, engaging regularly with our learning team here at Busec Nova and also with the key stakeholders at the CIPD.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my 2 year old grandson, walking my dog (Tiny Jim the Jack Russel) and taking part in anything to do with motorbikes such as watching motorbike racing either live (Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Thruxton) or on TV, riding my motorbike (only when it is sunny) and on occasion, supporting my wife and two daughters when they are competing at local equestrian dressage, show jumping and/or cross country events. I am a season ticket holder for my local football team (Salisbury FC) so during the football season spend Saturday afternoons and some Tuesday evenings cheering them on from the terraces.

I have been fortunate enough to have been employed by Busec Nova for around 4 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the way in which every learner is treated as an individual, which affords us the opportunity to offer that personable approach to one’s learning journey.
