Sue Warner

After graduating, I spent 15 years working across the full range of professional areas within HR and L&D, firstly at Harrods, then First Choice Holidays and finally Santander Bank. After having children, I began part time work as a CIPD tutor and Programme Manager at Guildford College, before moving to work for Busec Nova in 2015. Early in my working life, I achieved the necessary CIPD qualifications to gain Member status and a postgraduate certificate in teaching higher education (PGCE). My role at Busec Nova focuses on the teaching and management of the Advanced Qualification. I am responsible for ensuring it achieves CIPD standards in every way and that students get the best possible learning experience.

I enjoy working with BN students, learning from them as well as helping and guiding them on their learning journey.
