Vianca Edwards

My role at Busec Nova typically involves managing and overseeing various aspects within the people care team. This includes employee relations, recruitment, internal and external communications, and the overall well-being of our staff. Part of my role is to ensure that the Busec Nova team are professionally trained and equipped to provide excellent support and service towards our students.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love to travel to explore new places, learn cultures and their ways of living, and indulge on foods I haven’t tasted. I also feel at peace when I’m with nature – river, lake, sea, mountains, and forests which helps me reset. I like going for long walks and trekking.

I enjoy being a part of a team who are passionate, can work autonomously and collaboratively ensuring we can make a difference on our students journey.
